It was never a beautiful or welcoming area, just grey and functional at its' best. Useful for small offices, storage and urban workshops, wood, metal and the like. I know some who got their start in this affordable neighborhood. Personally like all the color that has sprung up there, and some of the visuals. (Door stop was hysterical!) Still not a place I'd go walking at night.
